This role is not for everyone. Only those who have proven themselves in character, energy, discipline, and strategic thinking will get a chance at rising within Roofkings to sergeant – a role of authority, responsibility, and impact.
But no one starts at the top. You’ll begin as a recruit, albeit as a prospect-sergeant. You’ll prove yourself in the field – not in words, but through action.
What We Expect from You
Physical: Non-Negotiable Minimum Standards
If you can’t meet these entry requirements with ease, don’t bother applying:
✔ 2,800 meters in 12 minutes
✔ 30 push-ups in 60 seconds
✔ 40 sit-ups in 80 seconds
✔ 9 pull-ups without assistance
Mindset: Extremely Energetic, Sharp, and Goal-Oriented
You don’t wait for instructions – you see the work, think ahead, solve problems, and act. You’re eager, creative, and always in control.
Leadership: Natural Strength
You lead without pushing. You inspire, support, and make everyone around you perform better by your example.
Intellect & Strategy
You think in structures and systems, understand schedules, regulations, and progress reports. You can communicate clearly and professionally – both verbally and in writing.
Perseverance: You Don’t Stop Until It’s Done
No clock, no excuses. Your work is only finished when it’s right – and you see that in every detail.
